Preoperative guidance
If the beauty seeker makes an appointment for botulinum toxin type A injection plastic surgery, the surgery-related personnel need to prepare the following series of materials for the beauty seeker:

3. Arrival time on the day of injection;
4. Preoperative inspection (what to check, when and where to do these checks);

Post-operative precautions
1. Within 4 hours after injection of botulinum toxin for face-lifting, avoid facial massage, sleep, forward head tilt and exercise, and avoid contact with the injection area within 6 hours; face massage, hot compress, and rubbing are prohibited within 1 week.
2. Do not apply heat to the injection site after the face-lifting injection. If necessary, apply local ice to relieve swelling or pain.
3. In the early stage after injection, there may be weak chewing and soreness. Avoid eating hard-shelled foods and try to eat softer foods.
4. Do not use aminoglycosides such as gentamicin, tobramycin, netilmicin and kanamycin within 1 week after injection.
5. Fasting spicy, seafood, tobacco and alcohol within 1 week.
6. Due to chewing habits, there will still be mild asymmetry on both sides after injection.
7. A small number of people may not be sensitive to drugs and the effect is not obvious, so they should return to the doctor after 2 weeks.
8. Like the treatment of facial wrinkles, botulinum toxin can be restored after face-lifting, that is to say, it theoretically needs to be injected again after three to six months to maintain the effect.

Contraindications
1. Although botulinum toxin is not teratogenic, it is best not to be used by pregnant and lactating women.
2. Patients with neuromuscular diseases, such as myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, etc. cannot be used.
3. Patients who use aminoglycoside antibiotics cannot be used. Aminoglycosides include streptomycin, gentamicin, karamycin, amylazine, tobramycin and the like.
4. It is not suitable for very thin patients, because the muscle is too thin and easy to diffuse to the surrounding muscles after injection, which is prone to side effects.
5. Patients who are allergic to albumin or botulinum toxin, and patients with allergic constitution cannot use it.
6. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung disease, and patients with connective tissue disease cannot use it.
